Job Summary
Outsourced is hiring a skilled SEO Specialist & WordPress Expert to drive organic growth and manage high-performance websites. This role combines technical SEO, content optimization, and advanced WordPress management to ensure top-tier visibility, speed, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase rankings and organic traffic

Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO audits

Optimize content, metadata, and site architecture

Manage and customize WordPress themes, plugins, and troubleshoot issues

Improve site speed, responsiveness, and Core Web Vitals

Handle technical SEO: indexing, redirects, schema, broken links

Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.

Coordinate with content and marketing teams on SEO initiatives

Keep updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes
Qualifications
-
3+ years proven SEO experience with measurable results

Strong WordPress management and customization skills

Expertise in SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog)

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and PHP is an advantage

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Work Setup & Schedule

6 AM – 3 PM (PH Time)
