Job description
Spartan Solar (USA) is hiring FULL-TIME remote appointment setters for a US solar call center. Multiple seats.
Pay (USD, paid weekly via Wise):
- $3/hr plus bonuses to earn up to over $1,000 a month
Hours:
- Full-time, 40+ hours/week
- Flexible 6-8+ hours/day, 6 days/week
- Must cover US Eastern evening/night windows when homeowners are reachable
The work:
You cold call US homeowners and set virtual appointments. Closers take the sit. You do not close the deal.
REQUIREMENT (STRICT):
Neutral / American-sounding English with a minimal accent. US homeowners must understand you easily on a cold call. Hard screen via voice note.
Must have: laptop, headset with mute, stable internet, quiet room.
