Production Supevisor

is responsible for overseeing daily operations in the banana chips manufacturing line, ensuring that production targets are met efficiently, safely, and with consistent product quality. This role supervises production staff, monitors process flow—from raw banana receiving, slicing, frying, flavoring, and packing—and ensures compliance with food safety standards such as GMP and HACCP. The supervisor coordinates with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to minimize downtime, resolve operational issues, and maintain smooth production activities. The position requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to uphold production schedules while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
