About the Role

Training Resources Group, Australia’s leading provider of Vocational Education & Training (VET) learning resources, is looking for an IT Support Officer (Level 2) to join their team. This remote role provides Level 1–2 support to internal users, ensures compliance with IT standards, and maintains high productivity and security across devices and systems.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 1–2 support for Windows, Microsoft 365, and Zoho One applications
Handle device onboarding/offboarding and ensure secure configuration and data removal
Administer Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Defender for Business for endpoint security and compliance
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access policies via Entra ID and Microsoft 365 admin portals
Monitor and maintain network connectivity, DNS, and Zero Trust configurations using Cloudflare
Assist in troubleshooting AWS and Azure environments used for hosting websites and automation tools
Maintain IT documentation, asset inventories, and knowledge base articles
Collaborate with IT Manager and vendors to resolve escalated issues and improve IT reliability and security

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of technical IT support experience in Windows and Microsoft 365 environments
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Microsoft Defender for Business
Familiarity with Cloudflare, including DNS and Zero Trust configurations
Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows OS, networking, and endpoint issues
Experience with ticketing systems such as Zoho Desk or similar platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Experience with AWS and Azure cloud services is a plus
